KOAL Studio(이하 "스튜디오")가 운영하는 아래 서비스에 적용돼요. 두 게임은 하나의 계정을 같이 써요.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정(선택): 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(해시로 저장). 계정이 없어도 두 게임 모두 끝까지 플레이할 수 있어요.
• 게임 기록: Called Up은 커리어·업적·팀·구매 권한(광고 제거 여부), Second Serve는 커리어·저장 슬롯·업적·스트링(게임 내 재화) 내역·주간 투어 기록이에요. 계정에 연결해서 저장해요.
• 게스트 리더보드: 로그인 없이 끝낸 커리어를 리더보드에 올리면 그 커리어 기록과 기기에 보관되는 확인용 토큰만 저장해요. 나중에 로그인하면 그 기록을 계정으로 옮겨요.
• 공개 표시: Called Up 리더보드에는 이메일 아이디 앞 1~2글자만 남긴 표시(예: ko****)가 보여요. Second Serve 리더보드·투어에는 직접 정한 선수 이름·국적·성적만 보여요. 이메일 전체와 계정 ID는 어디에도 공개하지 않아요.
• 광고 식별자(Called Up 앱): 광고를 보여주기 위해 Google AdMob이 기기 광고 식별자를 사용해요. iOS에서 추적을 허용하지 않으면 광고 식별자를 쓰지 않고, 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스에서는 동의 절차를 먼저 거쳐요.
• 이용 통계: Google Analytics로 방문, 화면 이용, 커리어 시작/종료, 리더보드 조회 같은 통계를 모아요. 이메일이나 계정 ID는 보내지 않고, Google 신호와 광고 개인화는 꺼져 있어 광고 목적으로 쓰이지 않아요. 웹에서는 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스에서 동의 전까지 분석 쿠키를 쓰지 않고, 앱에서는 설치마다 임의로 만든 ID만 써요.
• 접속 기록: 서비스 안정 운영을 위한 호스팅(Vercel)의 기본 로그예요.

2. 광고

• Called Up 앱에는 Google AdMob 광고가 나와요(광고 제거를 구매한 계정은 제외).
• Called Up 웹에는 Google 애드센스 광고가 나올 수 있어요(승인 상태에 따라). Google은 광고 제공을 위해 쿠키 등 식별자를 쓸 수 있어요. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참고해 주세요.
• Second Serve에는 현재 광고가 없어요.

3. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

• Supabase: 계정 인증, 게임 기록 저장
• Vercel: 웹·API 호스팅
• Google LLC: 이용 통계(Google Analytics), 광고(AdMob, 애드센스)

위 수탁사의 서버는 대한민국 밖(미국 등)에 있을 수 있어서, 서비스를 이용하면 수집 항목이 해당 국가로 전송·보관될 수 있어요. 전송은 서비스 이용 시점에 네트워크로 이루어지고, 보관 기간은 아래 4번과 같아요.

4. 보관과 삭제

• 두 게임 어디서든 로그인 후 계정 삭제(Called Up은 내 커리어, Second Serve는 내 기록 화면 맨 아래)를 누르면 계정과 Called Up·Second Serve의 기록이 바로 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없어요. 자세한 절차: 계정 삭제 안내
• 로그인 없이 올린 게스트 기록은 아래 연락처로 요청하면 지워드려요.
• 기기에만 있는 저장 데이터는 앱을 지우거나 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 없어져요.

5. 이용자의 권리와 아동

언제든 자신의 정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있어요. 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않아요.

Privacy Policy

Effective: 2026-10-20

This policy covers the services run by KOAL Studio: Called Up (calledup.koalstudio.com, iOS app), Second Serve (secondserve.koalstudio.com, iOS and Android apps) and koalstudio.com. Both games share one account.

1. What we collect

• Account (optional): email address and password (stored as a hash). Both games are fully playable without one.
• Game records: Called Up careers, achievements, team and purchase entitlements (ad removal); Second Serve careers, save slots, achievements, strings (in-game currency) history and weekly tour records. Stored against your account.
• Guest leaderboard: listing a finished career without logging in stores only that career and a check token kept on your device. Logging in later moves it to your account.
• What others see: the Called Up leaderboard shows a masked handle (the first one or two characters of your email ID, for example ko****). Second Serve shows only the player name you chose, nationality and results. Your full email and account ID are never shown.
• Advertising identifier (Called Up app): Google AdMob uses your device advertising identifier to serve ads. On iOS it is not used unless you allow tracking, and in the EEA, UK and Switzerland consent is asked first.
• Usage statistics: Google Analytics records visits, screens, career starts and finishes and leaderboard views, without your email or account ID. Google signals and ad personalization are off. On the web, EEA, UK and Swiss visitors get no analytics cookies until they consent; the apps use a random per-install ID.
• Access logs: standard hosting logs (Vercel) for running the service.

2. Ads

The Called Up app shows Google AdMob ads (not for accounts that bought ad removal). The Called Up website may show Google AdSense ads, depending on approval; Google may use cookies for this (Google ad policies). Second Serve currently has no ads.

3. Processors and transfers abroad

Supabase (authentication, game records), Vercel (hosting), Google LLC (analytics, ads). Their servers may be outside Korea (for example in the United States), so the data above may be transferred and stored there when you use the services, for the period in section 4.

4. Retention and deletion

Log in to either game and tap Delete account (Called Up: at the bottom of My Careers; Second Serve: at the bottom of My records): your account and all Called Up and Second Serve records are deleted at once and cannot be restored (how to delete your account). Guest records are deleted on request by email. Data kept only on your device goes when you delete the app or clear browser data.

5. Your rights and children

You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your data at any time. The services are not directed at children under 14.

KOAL Studioが運営するCalled Up（calledup.koalstudio.com、iOSアプリ）、Second Serve（secondserve.koalstudio.com、iOS・Androidアプリ）、koalstudio.comに適用されます。2つのゲームは1つのアカウントを共有します。

1. 収集する情報

• アカウント（任意）: メールアドレス、パスワード（ハッシュで保存）。アカウントがなくても両ゲームを最後まで遊べます。
• ゲーム記録: Called Upはキャリア・実績・チーム・購入権限（広告削除）、Second Serveはキャリア・セーブスロット・実績・ストリング（ゲーム内通貨）履歴・週間ツアー記録。アカウントに紐づけて保存します。
• ゲストのリーダーボード: ログインせずに終えたキャリアを登録すると、その記録と端末に保存される確認用トークンのみを保存します。後でログインするとアカウントに移します。
• 公開される表示: Called Upのリーダーボードではメールアドレスの先頭1〜2文字だけを残した表示（例: ko****）、Second Serveでは自分で決めた選手名・国籍・成績のみが表示されます。メールアドレス全体とアカウントIDは公開しません。
• 広告識別子（Called Upアプリ）: 広告表示のためGoogle AdMobが端末の広告識別子を使用します。iOSでトラッキングを許可しない場合は使用せず、EEA・英国・スイスでは先に同意を確認します。
• 利用統計: Google Analyticsで訪問、画面の利用、キャリアの開始と終了、リーダーボードの閲覧などを収集します。メールアドレスやアカウントIDは送らず、Googleシグナルと広告のパーソナライズはオフです。WebではEEA・英国・スイスで同意まで分析Cookieを使わず、アプリではインストールごとのランダムIDのみを使います。
• アクセス記録: サービス運営のためのホスティング（Vercel）の標準ログ。

2. 広告

Called UpアプリにはGoogle AdMob広告が表示されます（広告削除を購入したアカウントを除く）。Called UpのWebには承認状況によりGoogle AdSense広告が表示されることがあり、GoogleはCookieなどを使用する場合があります（Googleの広告ポリシー）。Second Serveには現在広告はありません。

3. 委託先と国外移転

Supabase（認証・ゲーム記録）、Vercel（ホスティング）、Google LLC（利用統計・広告）。これらのサーバーは韓国国外（米国など）にある場合があり、サービス利用時に上記の情報がその国へ送信・保存されることがあります。保存期間は4のとおりです。

4. 保存と削除

どちらかのゲームでログインしアカウント削除（Called Upはマイキャリア、Second Serveは自分の記録の画面下）を選ぶと、アカウントとCalled Up・Second Serveの記録がすぐに削除され、元に戻せません（アカウント削除の案内）。ゲスト記録はメールでのご依頼で削除します。端末にのみ保存されたデータは、アプリの削除やブラウザデータの消去でなくなります。

5. 利用者の権利と子ども

いつでもご自身の情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止を求めることができます。本サービスは14歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。

Se aplica a los servicios de KOAL Studio: Called Up (calledup.koalstudio.com, app de iOS), Second Serve (secondserve.koalstudio.com, apps de iOS y Android) y koalstudio.com. Los dos juegos comparten una sola cuenta.

1. Qué recopilamos

• Cuenta (opcional): correo electrónico y contraseña (guardada como hash). Puedes jugar a los dos juegos completos sin cuenta.
• Registros de juego: en Called Up, carreras, logros, equipo y compras (eliminar anuncios); en Second Serve, carreras, ranuras de guardado, logros, historial de cuerdas (moneda del juego) y registros del tour semanal. Se guardan en tu cuenta.
• Clasificación de invitados: si publicas una carrera terminada sin iniciar sesión, solo guardamos esa carrera y un token de verificación que queda en tu dispositivo. Al iniciar sesión después, pasa a tu cuenta.
• Lo que ven los demás: la clasificación de Called Up muestra un alias enmascarado (las primeras una o dos letras de tu correo, por ejemplo ko****). Second Serve solo muestra el nombre de jugador que elegiste, la nacionalidad y los resultados. Nunca mostramos tu correo completo ni tu ID de cuenta.
• Identificador de publicidad (app de Called Up): Google AdMob usa el identificador de publicidad del dispositivo para mostrar anuncios. En iOS no se usa si no permites el seguimiento, y en el EEE, Reino Unido y Suiza se pide el consentimiento antes.
• Estadísticas de uso: Google Analytics registra visitas, pantallas, inicios y finales de carrera y consultas de la clasificación, sin tu correo ni tu ID de cuenta. Las señales de Google y la personalización de anuncios están desactivadas. En la web, en el EEE, Reino Unido y Suiza no hay cookies de análisis hasta que lo aceptes; las apps usan un ID aleatorio por instalación.
• Registros de acceso: registros estándar del alojamiento (Vercel) para mantener el servicio.

2. Anuncios

La app de Called Up muestra anuncios de Google AdMob (no en cuentas que compraron eliminar anuncios). La web de Called Up puede mostrar anuncios de Google AdSense según su aprobación; Google puede usar cookies para ello (políticas de publicidad de Google). Second Serve no tiene anuncios por ahora.

3. Encargados y transferencias internacionales

Supabase (autenticación, registros de juego), Vercel (alojamiento), Google LLC (estadísticas y anuncios). Sus servidores pueden estar fuera de Corea (por ejemplo, en Estados Unidos), así que los datos anteriores pueden enviarse y guardarse allí cuando usas los servicios, durante el plazo del apartado 4.

4. Conservación y eliminación

Inicia sesión en cualquiera de los dos juegos y toca Eliminar cuenta (Called Up: al final de Mis carreras; Second Serve: al final de Mi historial): tu cuenta y todos tus registros de Called Up y Second Serve se borran al momento y no se pueden recuperar (cómo eliminar tu cuenta). Los registros de invitado se borran si lo pides por correo. Los datos guardados solo en tu dispositivo desaparecen al borrar la app o los datos del navegador.

5. Tus derechos y menores

Puedes pedir en cualquier momento acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos o detener su tratamiento. Los servicios no están dirigidos a menores de 14 años.
