계정 삭제 안내
Called Up과 Second Serve(KOAL Studio)의 계정과 기록을 지우는 방법이에요.
Called Up과 Second Serve는 같은 계정을 써요. 한쪽에서 계정을 삭제하면 두 게임의 기록이 모두 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없어요.
앱이나 웹에서 삭제하기
- Called Up 또는 Second Serve에서 로그인해요.
- Called Up은 내 커리어, Second Serve는 내 기록 화면을 열어요.
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인해요.
지워지는 것
계정(이메일, 비밀번호), Called Up의 커리어·업적·팀·구매 기록, Second Serve의 커리어·저장 슬롯·업적·스트링 내역·주간 투어 기록이 바로 지워져요. 따로 보관하는 데이터는 없어요.
로그인할 수 없을 때
가입한 이메일로 djcola814@gmail.com에 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 지워드려요. 로그인 없이 올린 게스트 기록도 같은 방법으로 지울 수 있어요.
Delete your account
How to delete your Called Up and Second Serve (KOAL Studio) account and records.
Called Up and Second Serve share one account. Deleting it in either game erases your records in both games, and this cannot be undone.
In the app or on the web
- Log in to Called Up or Second Serve.
- Open My Careers (Called Up) or My records (Second Serve).
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
What is deleted
Your account (email, password), Called Up careers, achievements, team and purchase records, and Second Serve careers, save slots, achievements, strings history and weekly tour records, all at once. Nothing is kept afterwards.
If you cannot log in
Email djcola814@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it after checking. Guest records listed without an account can be deleted the same way.
アカウント削除のご案内
Called UpとSecond Serve（KOAL Studio）のアカウントと記録を削除する方法です。
Called UpとSecond Serveは同じアカウントを使います。どちらかで削除すると両方のゲームの記録がすべて消え、元に戻せません。
アプリまたはWebで削除する
- Called UpまたはSecond Serveでログインします。
- Called Upはマイキャリア、Second Serveは自分の記録を開きます。
- 一番下のアカウント削除を押して確認します。
削除されるもの
アカウント（メールアドレス、パスワード）、Called Upのキャリア・実績・チーム・購入記録、Second Serveのキャリア・セーブスロット・実績・ストリング履歴・週間ツアー記録がすぐに削除されます。削除後に保管するデータはありません。
ログインできない場合
登録したメールアドレスからdjcola814@gmail.comへ削除をご依頼ください。確認後に削除します。ログインせずに登録したゲスト記録も同じ方法で削除できます。
Eliminar tu cuenta
Cómo eliminar tu cuenta y tus registros de Called Up y Second Serve (KOAL Studio).
Called Up y Second Serve comparten una sola cuenta. Si la eliminas en uno de los juegos, se borran tus registros de los dos y no se pueden recuperar.
En la app o en la web
- Inicia sesión en Called Up o en Second Serve.
- Abre Mis carreras (Called Up) o Mi historial (Second Serve).
- Toca Eliminar cuenta al final y confirma.
Qué se borra
Tu cuenta (correo, contraseña), las carreras, logros, equipo y compras de Called Up, y las carreras, ranuras de guardado, logros, historial de cuerdas y registros del tour semanal de Second Serve, todo al momento. No guardamos nada después.
Si no puedes iniciar sesión
Escribe a djcola814@gmail.com desde el correo con el que te registraste y lo borraremos tras comprobarlo. Los registros de invitado publicados sin cuenta se borran del mismo modo.
